President Weah off to Attend 30th Ordinary Session of the African Union
Monrovia, Liberia - President George Manneh Weah is off to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to attend the 30th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU). The 30th Ordinary Session marks President Weah’s maiden appearance at the gathering of the Continental Body as the new Chief Executive of Liberia.
According to an Executive Mansion release, the Liberian leader will be away from January 27 – 28, 2018.
While President Weah is out of the Country, the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, Hon. Nathaniel McGill will act as Chair of the Cabinet, coordinating the affairs of the Cabinet in consultation with the Vice President via telephone conversation with the President.
