President Weah Nominates Relieving Commissioner, Circuit Court Judge
Monrovia, Liberia:The President of the Republic, H.E. Dr. George Manneh Weah has made additional nominations in government affecting the Judiciary.
Those nominated on Wednesday, 27 May, 2020 by the Liberian Chief Executive were Cllr. T. Ciapha Carey as Resident Judge (11th Judicial Circuit Court, Bomi County) and Mr. Logan Togba as Relieving Commissioner of Sinoe County.
Cllr. Carey replaces the late William B. Sando, Jr., who died on October 28, 2019.
The nominations are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate where applicable.
