President Weah has turned over the Deed to the National Housing Authority (NHA) in preparation for the construction of approximately 2,000 modern homes in West Point to replace existing outmoded structures.

Meanwhile, the 1st Phase for the upgrading cum transformation of the West Point is expected to commence soon with the construction of an Ocean Defense System to protect the land from sea erosion.

The National Housing Authority is working along with more than 12 government agencies, NGOs and the township leadership on the upgrading process.
