President Weah Casts His Vote, Urges Liberians To Do So Peacefully
Monrovia, Liberia - The President of the Republic, Dr. George Manneh Weah, this morning, cast his vote at the Kendaja Public School, where he registered during the voters registration exercise.
Liberians are voting on this day for president and members of the national legislature.
President Weah is seeking re-election to continue and build on the numerous development programs he has begun over the past five and half years.
After casting his vote. President Weah told reporters that he was glad to exercise his constitutional rights and called on Liberians to do the same as peacefully as possible.
"I have confidence in the Liberian people that they will vote for me because they gave me a. mandate in 2017, and I asked them to renew same," Pres Weah said.
